More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

Further images made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
